Hologic Oncology offers Breast Cancer Index test for hormone receptor positive breast, early stage breast cancer and CancerType ID for the identification of tumor origin for patients diagnosed with cancer of unknown primary (CUP). NCCN and ASCO recognize Breast Cancer Index as the ONLY genomic test that can predict the benefit of extended endocrine therapy in early-stage, HR+ breast cancer. CancerType ID is a proprietary gene expression assay for cancer classification and can differentiate between 50 different tumor types and subtypes, covering >95% of all solid tumors based on incidence.
