Signatera is a personalized,tumor-informed assay, optimized to detect circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) for molecular residual disease (MRD) assessment and recurrence and treatment response monitoring for patients previously diagnosed with cancer. Results are based on the unique signature of a patient's tumor by tracking mutations at the source and enabling accurate monitoring of disease over time. Whole -exome and whole-transcriptome tumor profiling and hereditary cancer testing is also available.
